By accessing or using Valurio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Valurio is a SaaS inventory and project tracking application designed for furniture refinishers and restorers. The Service provides tools for managing projects, tracking expenses, monitoring inventory, recording mileage, and analyzing financial performance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider (Google or Facebook), you agree to comply with that provider's terms of service in addition to these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data, images, and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, using the Service for illegal activities, or interfering with the proper functioning of the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Valurio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
